The Wilding the Church Part 2

The Lord is coming in an expression of wildness. The church has endured a tame, compliant, tolerant, inoffensive Jesus. We have made Christ into our own image when we should be formed into His image.

The earth is groaning waiting for the revealing of the huios sons: the ones who are like Jesus, their elder brother; who are fashioned after Him, the pattern son, the first born of many. Like Paul, the church has been called to the birthing stool, to travail until Christ is formed in His body.

For too long we have accepted a cookie cutter, franchise model of church, where a handful of people do all the work and most others spectate and consume. This is ending. The Lord has been speaking to me a lot about the wilding of the church and about the wildness of His Spirit. (See video and post) This is not about our flesh being titillated by wild expressions as people are impacted by the sheer force of the Holy Spirit. It is not so we can follow people / meetings to spectate and ooh and ah and for it to become a fleshy thing. This is unto something. It is unto deliverance and freedom, and it is so that believers in Christ can be blown and propelled into destiny; so that we can walk out the individual, bespoke God-ordained mandate woven deep into the fabric of our being which was known and establised before the begining of time; the blueprint given by the divine architect. This is not about self-fulfillment; it is is about losing our own lives to find them, because when we lose our lives we find Him and our identity becomes co-joined and fused with His. We begin to live possessed by His Spirit. The Huios (mature) sons of God are those who are led by the Spirit of God. Romans 8:14

The Lord has been underlining this message, particularly as we have crossed over into a year ending with '5' / 5785 in the Hebrew calendar and 2025 in the Gregorian calendar. In Hebrew 5 is the letter hei. Hei is the breath of God, it is wind and air and spirit. It means 'look' and 'behold'. Hei is half of God's name. Yod Hei Vav Hei. When God cut a covenant with Abram and Sarai he breathed His divine breath into them and they became AbraHam and SaraH. The breath of God is creative. Where the breath and the Spirit of God are there is LIFE and there is power to fulfill and walk in destiny pupose. We cannot do it outside of His Spirit. Receive His kiss this year church. Receive his Spirit. Invite Him to breath on you afresh.

In the UK on New Years Eve we had a pretty violent storm with very strong winds. A lot of major new years celebrations were cancelled. When the Holy Spirit comes He will not be tame, He will mess with mans' plans. He will disrupt them. Watch as the Holy Spirit of God disrupts this year and watch as the sons of God are birthed into destiny as the church is wilded and restored to Kingdom identity.
