I choose you to be my adopted son,
Yes, it's true, all the work has been done.
Your name written in heaven's book,
Let me show you, let's have a look
Really, there is no room for doubting it,
No longer an outcast or misfit.
Given a name marked out as royalty,
A reward, my son, for all of your loyalty.
Yes, brought out of slavery, redeemed,
Something that you never would have dreamed.
And now with Holy Spirit in you sealed.
Prostrate on your face, you have so kneeled.
And now knowing this, what do I ask?
Live like you know it, take off your mask.
I am not ashamed of you, I want you on display,
In my presence, my son, where I want you to stay.
