I am knocking

Behold I stand at your heart’s door,
Can you hear my knocking, my roar?
Listen to my voice, I am speaking,
I am constantly with you, beseeching.
But if you open that door within,
Then the promised feast will begin.
I in you and you in me,
Receive my heavenly glee.
To sit with me on my throne,
Never ever to be alone.
This is yours if you would hear,
I will wipe away your every tear.
I counsel you to purchase gold,
Refined in fire, it's been foretold.
You think you have everything and are rich,
But you're miserable, poor, and in a ditch.
So, take my advice and buy what you need,
And repent from all your selfish greed.
Purchase white garments, you shame covered,
And eye salve so, my truth discover.
For those I love, I unmask and train,
So repent and see what you’ll gain.
For this is what’s truly wealthy,
Sins dealt with; your heart healthy.
No longer miserable, poor, and blind,
But with me, the Lord, ever intertwined.
