Continuing the series on My Table, released each weekend for 6 weeks. Please read the previous posts on this website.

And just like the fruit in creation, the fruit of my Kingdom is many, with a variety of shapes and differences, each with different colours, shapes, sizes, and tastes, providing special nourishment and vital ingredients for well-being. Each one is created with a purpose, revealing my Grace and my Sufficiency.
Notice the abundance of them, and they are free to enjoy. Look closer, observe the one that is laughing; it's called Joy, and eating it will bring joy even to the most depressed. Yet, it is one that my people step back from to avoid looking silly.
And that's the point: each fruit is available for you to enjoy, but each demands something in return. Joy is the remedy for sorrow, but to partake of it, you must let go of sorrow so you can savour the fruit. Without releasing sorrow, it becomes a bitter fruit, for sorrow and joy cannot coexist; one must be the sole presence.
It is tempting to cling to what you know rather than accept the free gift of Grace. Of course, that is simply pride disguised as false humility, and it will always taste bitter.
So I would encourage you to try all the fruits, but be willing to give up something that conflicts with the fruit you consume; it will transform you and provide you with a new perspective.
· Eat some fruit called Endurance, but you must give up grumbling.
· Eat some fruit called Love, but you must give up unforgiveness.
· Eat some fruit called Patience, but you give up self-will. And so on.
Now look around some more. What do you see?
Do you see that lovely bottle that you instinctively know contains salt? Let's examine it closely; it is made of brilliant-cut crystal, which is actually diamond, and is about the size of a hand, easily gripped.
Can you see the salt, and do you understand how valuable it is to be kept in such an expensive, ornate, and beautiful container?
Why is this so precious?
What makes it stand out?
Why don't you ask it and listen to what it says?
Can you hear the voice?
It says, “I am the Salt of the Earth, the saltiness of the Saints, for how can the Saints be salty if they do not eat some salt in the first place?
This is a fundamental truth: life cannot exist without salt, as it is needed to connect with the Waters of My Spirit. It is precious because it is vital for my people to be able to engage with Me, from Spirit to flesh, from my Kingdom to the Earth, from my heart to yours.
It creates a conduit, a connection between us, and is essential to maintain and strengthen the link. Yet, only a small amount is needed to have an effect. Therefore, do not overlook the salt, as it enables everything to function as intended.
