My Table Part IX

Now that you are filled with joy and your “cup runneth over”, let's consider the options available to you and what you might choose to fill your plate with.
But before we do that, I want to ask you a question: will you be polite and have a small portion, or will you drive in and gorge yourself? I know what you want to do, for I understand you're inclined to gorge, but what will your heart allow you to do?
Yes, I see you are torn between the two. On one hand, you recognise this is meant for you, specially prepared to suit your needs. But then the polite, conventionally guided conscience begins to rise and asks, “Should I?”, and that false humility suggests, “What will he think of me if I pig out”?
And that’s the point of the question: to reveal the issues that can contain, restrain, and prevent you from fully enjoying a free banquet set before you.
Let me state this clearly so you understand this truth: this is not a formal banquet where you are expected to wear the finest clothing and jewellery, follow strict etiquette, or conform to high expectations and watchful eyes for any transgressions. No, this is a space of complete freedom, welcoming, and joy.
Here, you can let your hair down, dance, sing, celebrate, laugh, and have fun. This is a celebration that you made it to the table, not because you earned it through good service or noble birth, but because I AM has called you to come, and you have answered.
It doesn't matter to Me if you came because you were commanded or because it was demanded of you; it doesn't matter to me whether you tried to earn your place at the table or think you even deserved it. What matters to me is that you are here and now, and all I want is for you to enjoy what I have for you.
So, drop the pretence, abandon the convention, let go of the shame, entitlement, and performance, and embrace the celebration. Selah
The truth is, many of My children have not reached this point, or if they have, they hold back or even try to turn the tables, aiming to serve Me. I know this is shocking, and of course, that would never be your intention, would it? Selah
Now that we have that sorted, it's time to look at what is before you once again and take what you desire and need in this moment.
Oh, you didn’t realise this isn't a one-time event; it is a banquet you can return to whenever you want or need to. For My doors are always open, and you are always welcome, for you are my beloved child.
So, let's party.
