Beyond the Storms. Let’s go on a journey together.

My Child, I see you walking through the storms - through the torrential rain and the bitterly cold winds, weighed down, soaked to the skin, trudging on but feeling like you can’t take another step.. You feel slowed down by the weight of the world on your shoulders. Wondering when this will all end, and when you will finally be in a safe place where you can rest. Today, know that I am the God who sees you. I am there with you in all of the storms of life. Feel and receive My heart of compassion and comfort over you today, as I alone know how much you have already walked through, and how much you continue to face every day. Remember, My voice is the one that calms the storms and says “Peace, be still”.

As we come to the end of a long and heavy year, my gift for you today is My Presence and a different and higher perspective. My desire is that you would see as I see. Know that these storms will pass. They will come to an end. You will feel the warmth of the sun on your face again. You are heading towards something greater, a place where you can be at rest, safe from the cold. Don’t give up- you have not missed it! Don’t settle here for I have much more for you, my child. It’s not over yet. You are not lost, for I know exactly where you are. You are still on track. Your life still has purpose and value! It has not been in vain. Receive My Hope again today.

As you journey through and out of the storms I am coming to take off the heavy weights that you are carrying so that you can lift up your head again. You have been through much, my child. Give those things to Me that are too much for you. I alone can handle your disappointment, your anger, your fear, your pain and sorrow. I alone can give you the oil of joy instead of mourning.

 I have much to show you about who I am. And who I have been for you through these many trials, through these times when you thought you wouldn’t make it. But you have! Look at you! And you are stronger, my child. Today let Me show you the treasures I have formed on the inside of you. Allow Me to reveal to you who you truly are, the masterpiece that I created you to be- Christ in you, the hope of glory that the world is waiting to see.

Come with Me on this journey today, through the storms and into the warm and dry where there is light, life, love and joy waiting for you. A place of home - a bigger space than before, for us to occupy together. Where I draw back the curtain on the bigger picture of where I want to take you. Where I show you that you have never been alone.. And where I bring you into places of family, with those who I have as travel companions for you, for the road ahead. They have also been through their own storms, and they also thought that they were walking alone. I have good people to walk alongside you, my child.

As I bring you out onto the stage into this broad and spacious place, know that you are to be revealed for such a time as this. I know it feels overwhelming and exposing at times. But remember, I alone know who you truly are. I know who I made you to be. You have what it takes. Let Me show you my bigger picture today. Let us stand and survey it together.

• Letting Go

See yourself walking through the storms of life, and the heavy weights you are carrying.

What do you want to let go of and leave behind as you leave 2024?

Write down these things on a piece of paper- and then throw them away as a prophetic act. They could be disappointment, anger, frustration, confusion, physical/emotional pain, wounding, labels that are not who you are, relationships or alignments that are weighing you down - or things that you feel are keeping you stuck. Know that the Father’s desire is always for you to receive the mantle of praise instead of the spirit of heaviness..

 • Receiving Gifts - a new perspective.

Feel the weight lifting and receive lightness and freedom.

The Father also has gifts to give you- a divine exchange. Ask Him what He wants to give you as you come to the end of this year.

You might also want to ask Him some of these questions

• Father, how do you want to minister to my heart today?

• How do you want to commend me for how I have navigated these storms with you?

• God, how have you been working things for my good?

• What have you been building in me to prepare me for what is ahead?

• Who have you been for Me in these trials?

• How have you been fighting for me behind the scenes?

Take a moment to express your thanks to Him

• The Big Picture

Now allow the Father to take you out of the shadows, into the broad and spacious place that He has for you in the days ahead. Watch as He draws back the curtains so that you can see the bigger picture He is orchestrating and where you fit. See yourself standing on the stage and survey the scene around you. Let Him zoom out so that you can see a bigger perspective of where He is taking you as you cross over into this new year. See His big picture for your life, and how He is working all things together for your good and for His glory.

You might want to pick one of these questions to ask Him, or just ask what the big picture looks like

• Who am I becoming? What parts of me are you wanting to reveal to the world?

• God, who do you want to be for me in the days ahead?

• What do you have for us to build together?

• What is on Your Heart for the year ahead and how can I partner with you?

• Where are You making a way where there seems to be no way?

• What are you stirring in my heart?

• Where are you calling me to take dominion in this new year?

• Who are you calling me to align with? Who are you bringing to partner with me?

Receive His courage and equipping, and hear who you are, and who He wants to be for you.

The entire universe is standing on tiptoe, yearning to see the unveiling of God’s glorious sons and daughters! Rom 8:19 TPT

Arise and come away with me! I have come as you have asked, to draw you to my heart and lead you out. For now is the time, my beautiful one. The time has changed, the bondage of your barren winter has ended, and the time of hiding is over and gone. The rains have soaked the earth and left it bright with blossoming flowers. The time for singing and pruning the vines has arrived.I hear the cooing of doves in our land, filling the air with songs to awaken you and guide you forth. Can you not discern this new day of destiny breaking forth around you? The early signs of my purposes and plans are bursting forth. The budding vines of new life are now blooming everywhere. The fragrance of their flowers whispers, “There is change in the air.”
