Heart Scribe

God gave us a heart to scribe

A heart to scribe with grace

Those words he planted there

His glorious majesty to declare.

God gifted us the ability to write

The sharing of his unfailing love

Day or night - whatever the time

Thy words shall be His praise.

Writing gives the greatest pleasure

God's heart’s desire pens from thee

His own life story, we love to share

Not just in one place, but everywhere.

By God's own quills may we scribe

Creativity etched in benevolence

What a gift we all must treasure

For the word of God to advance.

Write His praise through every line

This shall be at the writer’s core

From us - let His light ever shine

Our heart-scribe to carry His voice.
