THE FRIEND

What friend shall ever die for me?
Sentenced to death for no crime
Taking my place, setting me free
That's what my Jesus did for thee
There on that cross at Calvary
Yet three later he won the victory
Just as his Father said he would
Rised to life to fulfil God's ministry
Death and hell had been defeated

This is what my friend did for us.
Because of his sacrifice, we walk free
Free from all the guilt and shame
When ask him to enter into our life
What joy in heaven there will be
For a friend who'll love and never leave.
Lovely poem - The Friend
Blessings.
