Prophetic Word for 2026 | Hebrew Year 5786

We have entered the Hebrew year 5786, aligning with 2026. The number six is represented by the Hebrew letter vav—visually represented as a hook, peg, or connector. It is also the connecting word “and,” a joining point between what was and what is coming.
But not every connection is meant to continue.
Six is the number of man (Genesis 1:26–31), signalling a year where God works through people, partnerships, and alignment. This will be a year of divine connections—but also divine disconnections. Hebrews 12 commands us to lay aside every weight. Many of the weights being exposed in this season are not sins; they are outdated loyalties, familiar structures, and relationships that once served God’s purpose but now slow obedience.
This is not a year for nostalgia. God is not preserving history—He is advancing purpose. Anything that requires you to look backwards for justification cannot go forward with you.
Isaiah 54:2–3 declares:
“Enlarge the place of your tent… lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes.”
Enlargement demands release. You cannot lengthen cords while holding on to old pegs. Some connections must be unhooked so new ones can be secured. Strengthening the stakes means deciding—without apology—what stays and what goes.
2026 will expose every unnecessary attachment. Those who refuse to carry excess weight will run faster, build stronger, and move further. Those who cling to the past will feel the strain.
This is a year of intentional alignment.
